At Bavin Tanjore Paintings, we strive to deliver the finest handcrafted artwork to our valued customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We will provide a full refund or a free replacement of the product within seven (7) days after delivery in the following cases:
- You have received the item(s) in a damaged, defective, or mutilated condition.
- You have received an item(s) that is different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged, with all original tags/labels attached, along with proof of purchase, within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support via email or phone, providing your order details and reason for return.
- Once the return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
- All costs associated with returning the item, including shipping charges and applicable taxes, shall be borne by you.
- After receiving and verifying the returned product’s condition, we will process the refund within 3-4 working days.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized paintings
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional offers
- Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may choose to refuse the delivery.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- It may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

At the time of delivery, please check that the package is properly sealed and undamaged. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept delivery and contact our support team immediately.
