Shipping Processing Time

Orders in stock are processed within 2 business days. In case of Customization Please Contact us. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Within India

We ensure safe and timely delivery of our Tanjore paintings across India. The estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Zone A: Within Chennai – 2 days
  • Zone B: Within the same state – 3 days
  • Zone C: Metro to Metro – 3-4 days
  • Zone D: Rest of India – 4-5 days
  • Zone E: North East & Jammu and Kashmir – 6-7 days

Express Delivery: Clients can opt for express delivery, ensuring delivery within 1 day across India.

Shipping Outside India

For international shipping, charges are calculated after packing the painting. We will inform you of the shipping cost once the packing is completed, and payment for shipping can be made separately.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 – 10 days
  • Express Delivery: 2 – 5 days

How International Shipping Charges Are Calculated

Shipping charges are determined based on the total weight of the package. If the dimensional weight (calculated based on package size) exceeds the actual weight, the higher value will be considered for pricing.

Order Tracking
